Our balloon arrangements are designed to make life's sweetest moments even more memorable. To help you enjoy your Luxe Love Co. creation for as long as possible, please follow these care recommendations.

Bring Your Balloons Indoors

For the longest-lasting display, bring your balloons indoors as soon as possible after delivery.

Avoid Extreme Temperatures

Heat causes balloons to expand and may cause them to pop.

Cold temperatures may temporarily shrink balloons. Most balloons will return to their normal size once brought back to room temperature, although some loss of float time may occur.

Keep Away from Sharp Objects

Avoid placing balloons near sharp edges, rough surfaces, plants, ceilings with textured finishes, or anything that may puncture or scratch them.

Sunlight

Direct sunlight may fade balloon colors and shorten their lifespan. Keep arrangements indoors and away from windows whenever possible.

Children & Pets

Adult supervision is recommended around balloons. Keep balloons away from pets and dispose of broken balloon pieces immediately, as they may present a choking hazard.

Float Time

Helium balloon float times naturally vary depending on balloon size, material, weather conditions, and indoor temperatures. While we use high-quality balloons and preparation methods, float time cannot be guaranteed.

After Delivery

Once your order has been successfully delivered, Luxe Love Co. is not responsible for balloons affected by weather, temperature changes, improper handling, accidents, pets, theft, or other environmental conditions.

With proper care, your Luxe Love Co. arrangement will be ready to help celebrate life's sweetest moments beautifully.
