Delivery Policy

Luxe Love Co. currently offers local delivery throughout our approved Lincoln, Nebraska delivery area.
Delivery Days
Deliveries are available:
Tuesday through Saturday
Between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM
Customers may select an available delivery date during checkout.
Delivery Window
While we do our best to arrive as close as possible to your requested time, deliveries are completed within the selected delivery window. Traffic, weather, and other unexpected circumstances may occasionally affect arrival times.
Recipient Availability
Whenever possible, we recommend someone be available to receive the delivery.
If no one is available, Luxe Love Co. may leave the order in a safe location at the delivery address unless alternate instructions have been provided.
Incorrect Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Additional delivery fees may apply if an incorrect address or phone number requires a second delivery attempt.
Weather
Severe weather may require delivery adjustments for the safety of both our customers and our products. If weather impacts your delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the best solution.
Balloon Care After Delivery
Once an order has been delivered, customers are responsible for bringing balloon arrangements indoors as soon as possible.
Extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, wind, rain, pets, and sharp objects may reduce balloon life or cause damage.
