Custom Orders

All Luxe Love Co. products are made to order. Due to the custom nature of our gift collections, all sales are considered final once production has begun.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided preparation has not started.

If your order has already entered production or materials have been purchased specifically for your order, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • Luxe Love Co. is unable to fulfill your order.

  • Your order arrives with an error made by Luxe Love Co.

  • Your order is significantly damaged before delivery due to our handling.

If you experience an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the concern. We will review each situation individually and work toward a fair resolution.

Balloon Care

Balloons are delicate and naturally affected by heat, cold, sunlight, sharp objects, pets, and other environmental conditions.

Once your order has been successfully delivered, Luxe Love Co. is not responsible for balloons that deflate, pop, or become damaged due to weather or handling.

Product Variations

Every arrangement is handcrafted. Small variations in balloon placement, ribbon styles, packaging, or decorative accents may occur depending on seasonal availability while maintaining the overall design and quality of your selected collection.

Customer Responsibility

Please carefully review all order information before submitting your purchase, including delivery address, recipient information, delivery date, personalization, and gift message.

Luxe Love Co. is not responsible for errors submitted during checkout.
