We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery at luxelovegifts@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Refunds are not available for missed pickup times, last-minute cancellations, or personal preference changes.
