    Currently, Luxe Love Co. offers local pickup only from our Lincoln, Nebraska location.

    Absolutely! Many of our products include personalization fields for names or messages. Please double-check your spelling before checkout.

  • Q: Are elves included in the Elf Arrival balloons?

    Elves are not included this season. Each order comes with our Luxe Love Co. Elf Prep Kit, complete with sticky dots, a festive prep card, and a personalized note from Santa — just attach your family’s elf to the display when ready!

  • Q: What happens if I miss my pickup time?

    We aren’t able to hold orders past the scheduled pickup window due to space and freshness. Please plan ahead or send someone on your behalf if needed.

  • Q: Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes! You can check out using Afterpay, PayPal, or Klarna for easy installment options.
